The Training and Placement Cell at S.E.S. Polytechnic actively works to bridge the gap between students and industry. The cell organizes campus interviews, industrial visits, guest lectures, and skill development workshops throughout the academic year. Companies like Piaggio have previously conducted pool campus drives at the institute. Final year students are encouraged to register with the placement cell and also on the Mahaswayam and National Career Service (NCS) portals for additional employment opportunities.
